The issue is not how Palestinians are suffering under PNA or Hamas. These conditions were forced onto them by the occupation. Not by the other Palestinians. They're suffering because of the original problem of occupation.
Yes, some Arabs inside Israel might be living a better life, but they're still discriminated against, and they're still treated as 4th class citizens (if not worse, labeled traitors) and at the first sign of trouble, "We don't want Arabs, kick them out"

Anyway, I'm one of the people who believe that Palestinian issue needs to be resolved by Giving everyone from Jordan River, to the Mediterranean sea equal rights and citizenship. And let time and demographics take its course!

Interesting point you bring up there.
Lest it be misunderstood that 1948 Arabs are living rosy lives in Israel, it is worth stating again that they are indeed discriminated against by the Israeli government.

Arabs in Israel are second or third class citizens. For example, until the 70s they were not able to be educated in Israeli universities. Even today, we always hear about how Israel demolishes homes of Arabs in various areas around Jerusalem, and how Arab towns in Israel are mostly improvished.

With that in mind, i do understand the point you are bringing up. Your point is that even with the state-level discrimination against Arabs in Israel, their lives might be better than those inside Arab countries. Personally, i don't know which is better, living in a country where the government and population discriminates against you, or in one that you are not discriminated against but everybody is having it bad .... i don't know .. but i might be more leaning towards a state in which i am treated like a full-blown citizen with the same rights as everybody else.
